The pool at Sylvan Hills
Sylvan Hills has an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by the hills of Kakkadampoyil. The photograph below is from the resort's own media library. It is more useful than a stock image because it shows the real pool layout, deck and surrounding view.
What to confirm before booking
Pool access may be included in a package without being available at every hour. Current room descriptions mention morning and evening access windows, but schedules can change for maintenance, weather or private events. Confirm these details for your stay:
- Current opening times
- Whether pool access is included in your selected package
- Rules for children and non-swimmers
- Appropriate swimwear requirements
- Whether towels or changing facilities are provided
- Weather-related or maintenance closures
Choosing accommodation for a couple
The current inventory includes a Couple Package and Premium Couple Package, both listed for two guests. Compare the room description, air conditioning, view, meals and final price rather than choosing only from the package name. Ask for the exact room photographs attached to your quotation.
Choosing accommodation for a family
For larger families, the 2 BHK Apartment is listed for up to 10 guests and the 4 BHK Apartment for up to 20. Confirm the number of bedrooms, beds and bathrooms needed by your group. A room associated with pool access is not necessarily a pool-view room, so request that feature explicitly if it matters.
Pool safety
- Children and non-swimmers should have close adult supervision.
- Follow the depth markings and resort staff instructions.
- Avoid the pool during thunderstorms or when staff close it for weather.
- Do not assume a lifeguard, flotation aid or heated pool unless the resort confirms it.
- Keep running, glassware and rough play away from the pool deck.
